The client refrains from promoting, carrying out, getting involved or benefiting directly or indirectly in any conduct or act of corruption enshrined especially in Law 1474 of 2011. Likewise, it will maintain at all times, a policy unrelated to illegal activities, so that the Resources that make up its assets come from activities carried out within the legal framework and not from illegal activities in accordance with the Colombian Penal Code. Business relationships may be terminated unilaterally by SED International de Colombia SAS. without the need for prior notice or compensation, in the event that the client is included in a list, information system or database of a national or international nature or is formally accused before a judge of bribery, transnational bribery, corruption, drug trafficking, money laundering, terrorism, arms trafficking, financing of terrorism, financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction or there is a serious indication or reasonable doubt that they have engaged in this type of practices or conduct considered illegal.
